Dr Colleen B. Doyle

Colleen has been a student affairs practitioner for over twenty years working in academic affairs, student support, first-year student experience, and international education. Currently, she is the Student Support Officer at Maynooth University where she manages a range of support units including student health, student budgeting advice, chaplaincy, student help desk and student support hub.

Dr Andrew Ryder

Andrew is an Associate Professor of Higher Education at the University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW). Prior to earning his PhD in Higher Education from Iowa State University, he served as a Student Affairs Professional for 12 years in academic advising and housing/residence life. His research examines the evolving nature of student affairs professional practise, assessment and reflexivity to improve student affairs practice, and improving campus climates.
